Instructions for sending your instruments:
  1. Contact the repair shop and request that they send you repair tags (paperwork to tag onto the instrument cases).
  2. Know your school name and 4 digit location code before you contact district transportation so that they may send someone to pick up the instruments: (562) 654-9003
  3. Leave small to medium-sized instruments in the main office by the mail bag to get picked up. If instruments are very large or takes up too much space in your main office, make sure to tell transportation to come to your class room for pick up. 

You can also use transportation dispatch to send instruments to other schools in the district.
