Have your students join the 2025 lasmta honor band

Rehearsals and concert will be held at Huntington Park High School, hosted by Kelly Anthony. Teachers can nominate up to 4 students per school.

Students who wish to participate must be enrolled in their school's music program (or are taking lessons) with teachers who are active LASMTA members.

Applications will be due Friday, March 14 by 11:59 PM. 

Please note the dates and times of rehearsals and concert before committing to the ensemble before applying:
  • Rehearsal on Friday, May 16 from 5:00 - 8:00 PM
  • Rehearsal on Saturday, May 17 at 9:00 AM to 4:30 PM
  • Final rehearsal on Sunday, May 18 at 11:00 AM to 2:00 PM
  • Concludes with a concert on Sunday, May 18 from 4:00 - 5:30 PM
